Refund Policy

Once an order is placed, the order can be cancelled. There is a 3% fee for any order cancellation.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

ALL BIKE / ELECTRIC BIKE SALES ARE FINAL. Refund, exchanges and returns are not acceptable.

Warranty countdown starts as soon as goods are purchased. Warranty & Liability will VOID if the bicycle is altered or any customizing is made. 

Any damage caused during shipping will be submitted a claim to the shipping company. No replacement bike will be shipped until the legitimacy is confirmed.

Pictures or video clips of the damage parts are required as proof before the replacement parts or bikes are shipped. If major damages occur during shipping, please contact the shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) so they can inspect the items before shipping them back. After receiving the damaged bikes or parts, the replacements will be shipped. Please note: Additional fee may be charged for shipping fees or replacement parts.

Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods from MBI Sport Inc.  The warranty will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed. MBI Sport Inc. offers warranty in all parts for 6 months and 1 year on the frame after the received date in all of the manufacturer defectives. Defectives can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase. Once replaced or warranted, warranty will be over. Cannot warranty multiple times.
What the warranty DOESN’T cover:

  • Normal Wear and tear
  • Improper assembly
  • Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance
  • Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally used for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
